Erdoğan asserted that the summit underscored Türkiye’s increasing influence in international diplomacy while revealing that NATO leaders acknowledged the necessity of eliminating hindrances to defense industry collaboration.
One of the summit’s notable outcomes was the decision to establish a Counter-Unmanned Systems Centre of Excellence in Konya, a Turkish city, marking a significant development in NATO’s strategic initiatives. Amid these international developments, Erdoğan extended his condolences to Qatar on the passing of former Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, underscoring Türkiye’s commitment to maintaining strong ties with its regional neighbors.
